Internal Loss Adjuster

Helen commenced in the insurance loss adjusting industry in Melbourne in 1986 at which
time she was a claims assistance and then progressed to a trainee loss adjuster before
moving to Queensland in 1995.

Helen is an integral part of the team providing assistance with claims handling, reporting to
Insurers and liaising with all stakeholders. Helen has vast experience in handling home,
contents, commercial/ISR and strata claims from the beginning to conclusion. Helen prides
herself in adhering to all service standards and KPI’s, as well as the Insurance Code of
Practice.
